About This Project

Designing spaces, for which the hygiene and sterility requirements play a leading role, is significantly specific. Cleanrooms are designed to maintain extremely low levels of particulates, such as dust, airborne organisms, or vaporized particles, etc. The functional schemes in the Tchaikapharma  manufacturing facilities in Plovdiv and Varna include cleanroom suites, providing controlled environments with cleanliness levels quantified by the number of particles per cubic meter at a predetermined molecule measure. Besides the air cleanness, a number of other parameters are controlled as well – relative humidity, temperature, atmospheric pressure. The choice of finishing materials is a subject of a number of specific requirements too. The seamless  PVC roll-on surfaces ensure thorough cleaning and disinfection. The walls are partitioned by sandwich panels with an integrated structural part and powder coated steel surfaces or HPL and polyurethane core. The ceiling covers consist of panels or aluminium clip-in systems.
